Update: Unbeknown to me there is an art gallery in LA also called Bow and Sparrow (646 North Spring St., LA 90012). I discovered this in the comments section, a member of the gallery (I presume) left a rather brief, “biter!” and the link to their myspace page. I can’t tell if it’s a jibing kind of “hey isn’t this funny, what a coincidence, ha-ha” or a “get off the internet, travel back in time and stop yourself from being born, you’re making us look bad” kind of thing. Sadly, I didn’t know about them before I went ahead and drew my silly super-hero, so at this point I feel the best I can do is help promote this place. I read the ‘about‘ section, they seem like they really care about art and artists and artfulness. So I say, support your struggling LA bohemians and go to Bow and Sparrow, these are good people.

I’m not taking down my drawing though. I like it.

Once again, a view of General Order. He’s a maniac, I think you can tell just by looking at him. Although his intentions are good, he has a way of being a little bit… insane.

Channel and reception determine his super-prowess. He’s at full potential during prime-time. During the afternoon, when all the soaps are on, that’s a whole other story.

Her home is among the trees and leaves. She never leaves the park, she its protector. She scurries towards danger, grabs it in her hands, and consumes it nibble by nibble. Like a walnut.

Danger always surrounds her. Between her high-rise apartment and her grandma’s command center, there are always wolves on the prowl. Other women would be afraid, but Scarlet Ridinghood is fearless.
