Pencil, Paper, Marker Shuffle

Earlier today I was hanging out with my pal Elinor Svoboda. We were sitting in her kitchen talking about life and drawing. It was a great spread, of markers that is. I brought over a giant pile of prismacolor design markers and we had at it. All in all, a nice time, a lot of sketching, snack eating, coffee drinking and dog coddling.

It’s just a sketch but it represents something more, an uncontrollable urge I’ve had since I was a child. I’m addicted to drawing space-men. I couldn’t stop, even if I wanted to.
